TOM FAIFER
Sales Manager, Digital Imaging Group, Imaging Concepts of New
Building and growing relationships with customers – this is what Tom Faifer enjoys the most about sales, and he recognizes that developing client relationships comes easily when the best products and services are offered and when customers' needs are kept first and foremost.
A Chicago transplant, Tom's parents moved their family to Albuquerque in the later sixties. Making Albuquerque home since then, Tom is well acquainted with the people and business make-up of the community. Completing management courses at TVI following high school, he has worked in both the commercial and government sectors – an account auditor for a radiopharmaceutical company, an office manager for the service division of a technology company, and an operations/general manager for a construction equipment rental company.
In 2000, Tom joined the Imaging Concepts family. He was hired as the manager for inventory and purchasing. In 2003, he moved into sales; and prior to the end of 2007, he accepted his current position as sales manager for the digital imaging group. “The digital imaging industry is a dynamic industry to be involved with,” Tom comments. “I see Imaging Concepts continuing as a leader in this industry as we commit ourselves to offering quality products supported by a professional and caring staff.”
Away from the office, Tom enjoys time with his wife, family, and friends. An avid softball enthusiast, he has recently hung up his cleats and helps coach the Albuquerque Starz, a sixteen-and-under girls' fast pitch softball travel for which his youngest daughter plays.
